I really could title every post I make that is immediately following the weekend as such- it seems so true!
Overall, I think I am hitting my water intake. I don’t carry a measured bottle, but I’m drinking a ton of water and the average cup is 12 oz. That part is pretty easy. Check.
I am eating Morning Star Veggie Dogs and “Sausage”, Egg, and cheese filled biscuits. I have had 4 items so far in less than a week. Double Check.
I’ve also been eating more veggies. Triple Check.
I had been craving brownies like no one’s business. I was even willing to go to Cold Stone Creamery in order to get ice cream and brownie. I don’t like Cold Stone. My 3 “no”s came in the form of my husband not stopping for the brownie I was begging for. I have an epic sad face and he would not let up! 4 places to stop for brownies passed! Ok, maybe 3. The down side? I eventually gave in and had a Chris’s Outrageous Cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory. I ate it over 2 sittings (separate days). The caloric value of this monstrosity is probably as much as I should have in a whole day, but I sucked up the mediocre dessert because of my beloved brownie. (Seriously, I ‘m such a dessert snob.) Check and Negative Check.
Finally, exercise. I did it Friday and Sunday, but missed Saturday and Monday. I have yet to exercise today. Negative Check.
According to my evaluation, I’m currently half assing it. I really need to step up in order to do anything. I cannot because one of those old, fat ladies that have diabetes and can barely walk. I just can’t become that. Alright, I’ll check back in later.
