Last night I forgot to weigh in on my Wii until after I ate. UGG! I still did and I was inspired to do an experiment.
This week I started with a .9 pound loss (it was over a week between weigh ins). Yesterday I gained 1.3 pounds, but I had just eaten. This morning, I woke up 3.1 pounds lighter. 3.1! I’ll weigh in tonight as well and see how much I’ve gained just by eating throughout the day. I’m going to try to do this everyday, it seems fun now.
Oh- last night I almost died, but I beat my high score on Hula Hoop on the Wii Fit. 302!
