This is Day 1 and I am having a love hate relationship with sugar and grains. My body is kinda freaking out right now. This is what my stomach is doing, “OMG, that was good food, but I want some bread. Or granola. Or rice. OR ANYTHING WITH STARCH! AAAAAAAAAAAH!” Seriously, my stomach is doing that right now. I think my stomach is trying to get back at me for the healthy eating. It feels heavy and almost hurts, but it’s still craving light and fluffy bread! I can’t “read” what my body is saying. Am I hungry? Have I eaten too much? Is my stomach just freaking out about the amount of veggies? I just don’t know. If you do, please let me know. Otherwise, I’m going to keep eating meals and snacks according to a schedule. Maybe my stomach will get the message. Otherwise, I am having a good day. My salad was yummy- it was the first time I made my own salad dressing. I can’t wait to eat some more tomorrow. 😉
